Ice fishing is a tranquil, quiet, and timeless winter tradition in the north. Even though the landscape and lakes are frozen still, Trout, Pike, and Roach fish are still active beneath the surface.
The experience is usually 2-3 hours, depending on your preferences.. Learn the essentials of ice thickness, safety, and how to drill through thick ice. You are shown the best techniques for fishing in the frigid waters.

All equipment you need is provided, including fishing rod with lure, use of ice auger, and reindeer pelt for insulation from the ice.
We have a fire burning nearby throughout the outing, an excellent place to warm up on a cold day or grab a hot beverage. If luck strikes and you catch a fish (that is big enough) we will help you prepare it for cooking.
No previous experience needed, just curiosity and patience.
Fishing pole and other equipment provided - but staying warm is key!
